BOUJEE BUNS REFUND POLICY
1. WHEN YOU AGREE TO THE "PURCHASE AGREEMENTS" BELOW YOUR ACKNOWLEDGING THIS REFUND POLICY; INCLUDED IN THESE "AGREEMENTS" IS THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE AND FULL DELIVERY PRICE OF THE BUNNY OR BUNNIES
"Boujee Buns LLC Bunny Purchase Agreement" & "Boujee Buns LLC Delivery Purchase Agreement"
2. BOUJEE BUNNY BABIES CAN BE RESERVED FOR THOSE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE CERTAIN ABOUT ADOPTION. SO PLEASE, SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY.
3. If YOU ARE DECIDING TO RESERVE ONE OF OUR BOUJEE BABIES
A 50% deposit of the full "Boujee Buns LLC Bunny Purchase Agreement" is the first step. The remaining balance is due on the selected date/dates that were agreed upon during checkout 2 weeks prior to delivery date. Once a deposit or full payment is made it is NON-REFUNDABLE, If something happens to the bunny under OUR supervision then we'll refund your full amount. The deposit will hold the original bunny that you selected. The deposit is NON-TRANSFERABLE to a different bunny.
4. WHY ARE DEPOSITS NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE?
Once you commit and select your bunny. The 50% deposit of the "Boujee Buns LLC Bunny Purchase Agreement" is the next step. Once the deposit has been transferred, we've taken that baby off our adoption list and reserved the bunny for you. If you change your mind your deposit will be loss. Other customers are waiting on our adoption list, they would be missing out on the bunny they really wanted. We try to be fair to everyone who has been waiting.
We can't transfer the deposit to another bunny this would create a situation where we're skipping others that have been patiently waiting and have secured their spot on the adoption list for future breedings. This also causes confusion for us on the backend trying to keep up with details of multiple transfers with limited breedings and bunnies for adoption. So make sure you understand everything and are 100% positive with your decision.
5. OUR BOUJEE BUNNY BABIES AND THIER STATE OF HEALTH
All of our bunnies are healthy to the best of our knowledge. We'll never sell our bunnies that are sick or too young to adopt. Bunnies are very delicate and sensitive. For this reason we don't offer a health guarantee once they leave our supervision.
PDF instructions will be sent via email to best explain how to care for your bunny. We're not liable for any vet bills if your bunny become sick after your bunny leaves our supervision and care.
6. SELECTING THE GENDER OF YOUR BOUJEE BUNNY BABY
When determining the genders of the bunnies, our intentions is to deliver the gender that was requested. However, we're not perfect. We get it wrong from time to time. For this reason we don't guarantee the genders of our bunnies.
7. TRANSPORTING OF YOUR BOUJEE BUNNY BABY ON DELIVERY DAY
We have a few different delivery choices ask your point of contact about these options. All delivery expenses are separate from the price of the bunny. Once the commitment is made and the full amount of delivery is paid, the process begins transferring the payment to our currier service and setting up the logistics on our end. Imagine if multiple people changed their minds after processing all the payments and setting up the logistics? This would be a nightmare. For this reason the "Boujee
Buns LLC Delivery Purchase Agreement" payment is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
8. LOCAL PICK UP OF YOUR BOUJEE BUNNY BABY ON DELIVERY DAY
If you're picking up your bunny from our local area, your point of contact will book a pick up time appointment. If you for some reason can't pick up the bunny on the agreed appointment time and have to reschedule, we will hold your bunny up to one week before the bunny is put back on our adoption list and you'll lose your deposit/full payment.
